This hotel is a good value for money. The rooms are extremely spacious and the hotel is ideally located on a busy road in Calangute, nevertheless, it is calm as the noise of the street can not be heard in the rooms. Next to the reception is an excellent restaurant, the Delhi Darbar, serving excellent North Indian food.

We genuinely really enjoyed our stay. It was only one night as we messed up our booking elsewhere but had we not already booked elsewhere we would definitely had stayed. Lovely big rooms, very good a.c. and lovely manager/staff and a very reasonable price. Also a short walk to the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants and bars but still nice and quiet on a night. It's probably the first time in a long time where the room is actually better than the pictures

Hotel is on top on most aspects - facilities/cleanliness/locational advantage etc. The biggest USP of this Hotel is the annexed restaurant - Delhi Darbar - which offers great food.

Swimming pool is good. Room service is good. Food in restaurant and breakfast is good taste wise. Breakfast area is unmanaged though. Service at pool side is really nice. You get towels, drinks etc at pool side, with direct service and pay later option.

The rooms are super clean and nice (relatively modern). The location is good. Staff was great! Short walk to the beach. Close to the main road but not loud.

Only problem is the timing of breakfast, breakfast started very late as u already aware maximum activities bus pickup will come to ur location around 830 am to 9 am..... So your break fast time is start at 830 am so every day people will miss. So please start the break fast at 730 am to 10 30 am... It's good for people to have breakfast and go. Rgds

I really loved the Ambiance of the Hotel and Exceptional room. The location is the best part of this Hotel as beach is very near from this Hotel and everything is easily accessible. Pool of the Hotel is very clean. and Really loved the breakfast that was served Hot and very delicious with different varieties. We got the scooty on rent very easily from here and on the way back to home we got the taxi as well. I will strongly recommend this hotel to my family, friends and office colleagues.

Room Size and room facilities. Room was with nice balcony, comfortable sofa cum bed. bathroom was spacious and every things was perfect.
